No part of the web site or any material appearing thereon may be reproduced on any other web site, or distributed or disseminated in any form, either electronic or non-electronic, or included in any retrieval system without the prior written consent of The Resurgence Trust.

To grant The Resurgence Trust a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your material worldwide. By submitting your content you warrant that you have the right to grant this license. The license is capable of sub-license by The Resurgence Trust to other entities and to agents, suppliers and publications (in any media) of our choosing. If you do not want to grant The Resurgence Trust the rights set out above, please do not submit your material to www.theecologist.org

You may link to www.theecologist.org in its entirety, whereas you cannot link to an individual image nor can you include www.theecologist.org within a “framed environment”.

We reserve all of our rights under the law to insist that any link to the web site be discontinued, and to revoke your right to link to the web site from any other web site at any time upon written notice to you.

The Resurgence Trust does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the operation, quality or functionality of the web site or its fitness for any particular purpose. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, of the parties and there are no warranties, representations or other agreements between the parties in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement except as specifically set forth herein.
